Locations east of a line from Holdenville to Sulphur stand the highest chance of seeing additional rainfall...but amounts will be very light at less than one tenth of an inch. Behind the rain... The overcast skies were very slowly clearing from west to east. At 330 AM...the clearing line extended from Alva to Watonga...to Lawton and Seymour. As clouds thin across central and southwest Oklahoma... Areas of fog will develop. Locally dense fog was already observed around Enid and Ponca City...and patches of dense fog will likely develop elsewhere. People traveling this morning should slow down... And be prepared to encounter sudden changes to visibility.
